// 01Do you charge for diagnostics if you don't repair?+
Diagnostics are free with repair. If there was a visit and you decide not to proceed with the repair, you pay only for the visit. If we do the repair — the visit and diagnostics are free. The repair price does not depend on this.
// 02How long does a laptop or console repair take?+
Cleaning & thermal paste — same day. Connector replacement — 1–2 days. Motherboard repair or BGA reball — 2–5 days. Exact timing after diagnostics.
// 03What if repair isn't worth it?+
We'll tell you honestly. If repair costs more than the market value of the device — we won't recommend it. We often have used parts (batteries, screens) for cheaper alternatives.
// 04Do you give warranty, and how long?+
Yes, written warranty certificate. Duration depends on repair type — typically 3 months, longer for major repairs. All detailed in the certificate.
// 05Do you work on Apple MacBook?+
Yes — MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, including M1/M2/M3 models. Motherboard repair, USB-C port replacement, liquid damage restoration.
// 06Can I drop by without an appointment?+
