Diagnostics: free with repair
If you accept the repair — diagnostics is free, included in the labor cost. If you bring the device in and decline the repair — 1,500 RSD. On-site visit within Novi Sad also 1,500 RSD if no repair happens. Only one fee applies — either the visit or the diagnostic, not both.

Flat-rate taxpayer
NS TECH operates as a flat-rate taxpayer — outside the VAT system. Invoices issued without VAT. For businesses — posts as a clean expense without VAT reclaim.

Warranty on work
Every repair covered by written warranty. Standard 3 months, 6 months for major repairs, longer for B2B contracts. All in the warranty certificate.

No hidden costs
Price agreed before work starts and doesn't change without your approval. If we find an additional fault during work — we call first, we don't surprise you with a bigger invoice at handover.
